We're actively hiring for two CDL-A positions out of Memphis, TN.
CDL-A Flatbed Driver
Haul steel, lumber, machinery, and building materials. Tarp pay on every load. Late-model Freightliner Cascadias with all flatbed gear provided.
- Pay: $0.55–$0.70 CPM + $60/load tarp pay (tarp & untarp)
- Type: Company Driver
- Runs: Regional & OTR, nationwide
CDL-A Reefer Driver
Temperature-sensitive freight across all 48 states through our brokerage network. Food products, produce, pharma, and more.
- Pay: $0.55–$0.70 CPM + detention
- Type: Company Driver
- Runs: Regional & OTR, nationwide

Pay & Bonuses
All positions include the same pay structure and bonus program.
Base & Additional Pay
- All Miles Paid: Loaded and deadhead miles both paid
- Base CPM: $0.55–$0.70/mile
- Flatbed Tarp Pay: $60/load — tarp and untarp both paid
- Detention: $25/hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25/hour
- Local Work: $25/hour (≤65 miles)
Bonus Program
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250/quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 milestone bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 milestone bonus
- Customer Referral: $1,000
- Driver Referral: $1,000 total
