CDL-A Flatbed Driver
Birmingham generates more flatbed freight per square mile than almost anywhere in the South — steel coils, pipe, plate, and heavy machinery. Late-model Freightliners, all flatbed gear provided, tarp pay on every qualifying load.

CDL-A Reefer Driver
Temperature-controlled freight across all 48 states through our brokerage network. Food products, produce, pharmaceuticals, and more. Birmingham sits between our Memphis hub and our Mobile, AL lanes.

Flat-Rate Tarp Pay, Every Load
Flatbed drivers earn $60 per load tarp pay — tarp and untarp are both paid. That's on top of $0.65 to $0.70 CPM base, detention, and quarterly safety bonuses. Top flatbed drivers earn $2,200 or more per week.
Pay and Bonuses
Same pay package regardless of where you are based. Birmingham drivers earn the same CPM, bonuses, and tarp pay as our Memphis-area fleet.
Base and Additional Pay
- All Miles Paid: Loaded and deadhead miles both paid
- Base CPM: $0.65–$0.70 per mile
- Flatbed Tarp Pay: $60 per load, tarp and untarp both paid
- Detention: $25 per hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25 per hour
- Local Work: $25 per hour (65 miles or less)
Bonus Program
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for qualifying new hires
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250 per quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 milestone bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 milestone bonus
- Customer Referral: $1,000
- Driver Referral: $1,000 total
