Competitive Pay, Both Divisions
Starting at $0.65 to $0.70 CPM. Flatbed drivers earn $60 per load tarp pay on qualifying loads. Reefer drivers earn detention pay. Safety bonuses up to $250 per quarter. Top drivers across both divisions earn $2,200 or more per week.
Pay and Bonuses
Jackson drivers earn the same pay, bonuses, and tarp pay as the rest of our fleet. No second-tier pay for being outside the home market.
Base and Additional Pay
- All Miles Paid: Loaded and deadhead miles both paid
- Base CPM: $0.65–$0.70 per mile
- Flatbed Tarp Pay: $60 per load, tarp and untarp both paid
- Detention: $25 per hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25 per hour
- Local Work: $25 per hour (65 miles or less)
Bonus Program
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for qualifying new hires
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250 per quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 milestone bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 milestone bonus
- Customer Referral: $1,000
- Driver Referral: $1,000 total
