Pay & Benefits

Base Pay
- Base CPM: $0.55–$0.70/mile based on experience
- Tarp Pay: $60/load — tarp and untarp both paid
- Detention: $25/hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25/hour
- Local Work: $25/hour (≤65 miles)
Bonuses
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250/quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 milestone bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 milestone bonus
- Customer Referral: $1,000
- Driver Referral: $1,000 total

Requirements
What we look for in a flatbed driver.
Required
- CDL-A license (current & valid)
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Willingness to tarp and secure loads
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior flatbed experience
- Familiarity with steel, lumber, and heavy freight
- Located within 250 miles of Memphis, TN
- Experience with oversize or overdimension loads

Our terminal and operations are based in Memphis, TN. We prefer drivers within 250 miles (covering TN, MS, AR, parts of AL, MO, KY), but we hire qualified CDL-A flatbed drivers from anywhere in the country.
