Open Positions
We are actively hiring CDL-A drivers in the Little Rock area for two divisions.
CDL-A Flatbed Driver
Haul steel, lumber, machinery, and building materials. Tarp pay on every load. Late-model Freightliner Cascadias with all flatbed gear provided.
- Pay: $0.55-$0.70 CPM plus $60 per load tarp pay (tarp and untarp)

CDL-A Reefer Driver
Temperature-sensitive freight across all 48 states through our brokerage network. Food products, produce, pharma, and more.

Pay and Bonuses
All positions include the same pay structure and bonus program. Little Rock or Memphis, you earn the same.
Base and Additional Pay
- All Miles Paid: Loaded and deadhead miles both paid
- Base CPM: $0.55-$0.70 per mile
- Flatbed Tarp Pay: $60 per load, tarp and untarp both paid
- Detention: $25 per hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25 per hour
- Local Work: $25 per hour (65 miles or less)
Bonus Program
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250 per quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 milestone bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 milestone bonus
- Customer Referral: $1,000
- Driver Referral: $1,000 total

Little Rock is about 140 miles from our Memphis base, roughly 2.5 hours straight down I-40. You stay home-based in Little Rock while getting the full support of an established Memphis carrier. We also hire qualified CDL-A drivers nationwide.
