Big River Transfer offers a mix of regional and longer OTR runs out of our Southeast, Gulf Coast, and Texas operations. We treat drivers as people, not just truck numbers. If you're looking for straightforward work, fair pay, and a company that respects your time, let's talk.
Competitive Pay
- Base CPM: $0.55–$0.65/mile based on experience
- Tarp Pay: $30 per load
- Detention: $25/hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25/hour
- Local Work: $25/hour (≤65 miles)
Bonuses & Rewards
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250/quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 bonus
- Customer Referral: $1,000
- Driver Referral: $1,000 total

- Home Time: Typically 3-4 days off each month, depending on your preference and freight mix
