CDL-A Flatbed & Reefer Drivers Wanted
Big River Transfer is a Memphis, TN–based asset carrier hiring CDL-A drivers for Flatbed and Reefer positions. We run nationwide and prefer drivers within 250 miles of Memphis — but we'll talk to any experienced driver who fits the profile. Fair pay, late-model Freightliners, and a team that knows your name.
CDL-A Flatbed Drivers
Our established division. 2+ years hauling steel, lumber, and building materials nationwide. Late-model Freightliners, tarp pay, and all flatbed gear provided.
CDL-A Reefer Drivers
Join our growing cold chain division. Temperature-sensitive freight, modern reefer units, competitive CPM. Get in on the ground floor.
Competitive Pay
- Base CPM: $0.55–$0.70/mile based on experience
- Tarp Pay: Tarp pay on every load — ask us for details
- Detention: $25/hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25/hour
- Local Work: $25/hour (≤65 miles)
Bonuses & Rewards
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250/quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 bonus
